Ideal for high-production, open-mouth
bagging lines, the versatile 500T HPS
can be used in semi- or fully automated
bagging lines. The unit’s fully synchronous,
variable-speed drive system closes multi-wall
paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene
bags at speeds up to 75 linear feet per minute. The
compact, vibration-free pedestal is easy to move, and
the corrosion-resistant finish stands up to the most demanding environment.
The 500T HPS features a full range of system components, including a powered crepe-tape drive system and the
self-lubricating Fischbein Empress® 201 high-speed sewing head for tape sewing. Options are available, and where
bag-top trim and tape clippings are a concern, the unit can partner with TRS-100 or TRS-200 trim-collection systems.
