DIRECTIONS – SHEIKH ZAYED BRIDGE ROUTE FROM DUBAI
Description
Overview
After crossing the Sheikh Zayed Bridge, drive
approximately 5kms from the bridge on Sultan
bin Zayed the First (“SBZTF”) Street towards
Abu Dhabi.
You will drive through one underpass (tunnel).

After the first underpass (tunnel) stay in the far
right hand lane.
You are nearly there.
Take the “Dhafeer St/SBZTF St” exit, staying in
the far right hand lane.
You will see construction on the right side of
the road near the water.
Make the first right turn (a small service road)
into the Substation.
This is the first building you come to after the
road Exit sign, shown in photo to the right.
(Slow down at this point not to miss the service
road. If you get to the lights you have gone too
far.)
At the front gate of the substation, turn right
onto the dirt road where you will see a lot of
construction.
Look for the Red Noukhada flags by the
mangroves showing you which direction to go.
(Don’t worry about the construction on the dirt
road here; it is the correct way to our launch
site.)
The team will be waiting for you just behind
the first set of mangroves you can see on your
left.

DIRECTIONS – SULTAN BIN ZAYED THE FIRST STREET (“SBZTF”) FROM ABU DHABI ISLAND
Best way to get there is to head out of Abu Dhabi on SBZTF Street. You can access SBZTF Street from the Tourist
district and many other streets such as 11th, 13th, 19th (Al Saada), 23rd, 25th, 29th.
Overview
Once you are on SBZTF Street heading away
from Abu Dhabi you will have the eastern
mangroves on your left and will pass the
Anantara Eastern Mangrove Resort on your left.
Travel under the new underpass (tunnel)
directly after the Anantara Eastern Mangrove
Resort at the 31st junction.

Take the next road Exit marked “Ministries
Complex and Khalifa Park”. Stay in the left exit
lane.
Make a U-turn at the overpass taking the first
left turn at the first set of lights.
Once facing Abu Dhabi again, stay in the far
right hand lane.
You are nearly there.
