Meeting called to order by the President Mrs. Tello at 12:30 pm.
2. Roll call:
11 members of 11 were present when the meeting was called to order
Sandra Tello, Jacqueline Salinas, Luz Ramírez, Socorro Gaytán, María Núñez Angélica León,
Rosa Rodríguez, Sandra Salcedo, Rosario Canizales, Leticia Gutiérrez, Eduardo Villalobos
3. Approval of agenda:
Mrs. Gaytán made the motion and Mrs. Salinas second the motion all members in favor the motion
passed.

Vote to go into closed session:
Mrs. Tello made motion to go into closed session, Mrs. Salcedo second the motion all
members present voted in favor motion passed.

Mrs. Núñez made the motion and Mrs. Salinas second the motion all members present voted
in favor motion passed.
