Water flow has
h caused exteensive damage too the the existingg poured concreete retaining wall. This is an enggineered design proposal to
replace a poortion of it and add steps as requuired. The new wall and steps w
will be adjacent tto the old wall’s location. The removal of an
existing sheed is also propossed as part of this project, and haas historic preseervation significaance. The Comm
