Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice, Inc. is a

that provides social services to individuals and
families in need regardless of race, nationality
or creed. Catholic Charities has been serving
the people of Collier County for over 45 years.

Judy Sullivan Family Resource Center
Mental health services are provided in English and
Spanish at the Catholic Charities Family Counseling
Center in Naples for adults, children and families.
Counselors help resolve issues such as relational
problems, abuse, stress, conflict, depression, anger,
anxiety, and self-esteem. Fees for services are
determined by an affordable and flexible sliding
scale based on household size and income.
In collaboration with Collier Senior Resources,
Catholic Charities operates the Golden Gate Senior
Center in Naples. The center serves low-income
seniors who require basic needs such as food, housing
and health care. The center provides a daily nutritious
hot meal, activities and classes, and a food pantry
along with other assistance programs and services.
Guadalupe Social Services of Catholic Charities
serves the rural poor community of Immokalee.
Programs and services include the Casa Maria
Soup Kitchen, a food pantry, direct assistance for
utilities and rent and prescriptions, a clothing
room and shower facilities, immigration services,
English school, holiday food distribution, and a
crib and stroller program.
The Judy Sullivan Family Resource Center of Catholic
Charities in Naples provides a choice food pantry,
direct assistance for utilities and prescriptions, an
Empowerment Program, refugee resettlement,
services to homeless veterans, the Weekend Power
Pack Food Program for children, holiday food and
gift distribution, and the Undy Sunday project.
Volunteer Opportunities
Catholic Charities is always seeking volunteers in
Collier County. Opportunities include volunteers for case
management, the choice food pantry, the office and many
more. Food drives for the Weekend Power Pack Food
Program and other special projects also are needed.
