Testimonials
Haehl Creek is quickly becoming an active community in Willits. Since construction began of the
58 home subdivision, more and more people have found pleasure in spending time there. Be it
walking their dogs, getting some exercise, or sitting in the grass to read, you don’t have to live
here in order to enjoy the comfort and beauty of the neighborhood.
Here are a few things our residents are saying about us:
“…this is one of the most comfortable, energy efficient homes we have ever owned…In addition
to being both beautiful and functional, Haehl Creek homes are well-built…Soon we will have a
new neighbor—the new Howard Memorial Hospital will be built at the entrance to Haehl Creek,
and the Community Garden is already taking shape across the street from the hospital
site…Haehl Creek is truly a wonderful place to live”. – Ron and Brenda Orenstein
“Living in a Haehl Creek home is a delight. Lots of good, caring neighbors, lovely surrounding
hills, oaks and greenbelt, safe and inviting walking areas and the great convenience of the
location. . . And the big bonus – the PG&E bill is half of my previous home. Love it!” –Arden
Fenwick
“Love it here, I lived in Pine Mountain for 30 years . . . It’s close to town, it’s a good place to
walk, it’s quite and I feel safe.” - Eileen Peters
“Location and convenience were the main reasons we chose a Haehl Creek home . . . Quality

construction was the next reason . . .We love the community and the friendliness of neighbors. We are proud of our home and the community Heahl Creek is growing to be.” - Claudia Dear
and Judy Armstrong
“It is heart-warming to be working in the yard and have a resident of the neighborhood stop by
for a chat or watch couples walk hand in hand by my house as they go for their morning or
evening walk . . . The homes are especially well-built, and living there I feel very safe. I have a
feeling we will all become a close knit residential community as time goes by.” - Margie Handley
Our Model Homes are open daily, so if you haven’t already come by to take a look, pack up the

cookie-cutter, straight-line appearance found in most housing developments – you don’t see a
long row of houses as you walk or drive around the neighborhood. The variety of styles and

designs also means that the same house isn’t repeated down the street.
The Haehl Creek neighborhood is surrounded by mature trees, to give the sense of country
living while being only minutes from town, and the pavements are wide and flat, creating a very
walkable community – in fact, walkers come from all around town to stroll through he
neighborhood.
So come by and visit. Take a tour of the new model homes, stroll around the neighborhood,
and get a sense what our community is all about.
