If your guests need to bring extra siblings who are not invited to the party,
please note we only have counter service available. Therefore they may
want to call and pre-order a child’s sandwich for a lunch box meal for £3.45.
All pre-orders must be made before 12.30pm.

Thank you for booking your party at Fizzy Lizard! We are really pleased you have chosen us as your venue. The following information should help your child’s party run as
smoothly as possible and if you could spend a few minutes going through this sheet we would appreciate it. Thank you.
1. Once your date has been secured with a signed booking form and deposit, please give us an indication of how many children you will be inviting.
Booking forms must be completed within 7 days of paying a deposit.
2. The £50 deposit cannot be refunded if the party is cancelled by you.
3. Please remember that the gym is for children of age 8 and under. No child over this age will be allowed to play even if they are siblings of the party child.
4. We do not run joint parties except for siblings, on these packages but do have a joint party package available.
5. Please ensure that all your guests know that additional children who come to the gym, but are not invited to the party, will need to be paid for separately.
6. Please look on our website for the rules of play – socks and long sleeves are advised.
7. If invitations or thank you cards are part of your package, please let us know how many you need to ensure they are ready for collection. Posting of
invitations, thank you cards or a booking form will incur a £1 postage charge.
8. For all private parties (4-6pm slot), please enter around the back of the building through the designated private party entrance, please pass this
information on to all your guests.
9. On arrival your party host will greet you. Please arrive 10 minutes before your party is scheduled to start.
10. You need to bring at least 1 adult for every 5 children to supervise.
11. Full payment of the party will be required when you arrive for the party.
12. Please indicate which food choices you will require when booking your child’s party. Food cannot be ordered from the kitchen during private parties,
however we do have adult party platters available to order in advance.
13. Food not prepared on the premises cannot be consumed in the gym, this includes birthday cake which will be cut, wrapped and put in the party bags to
take home.
14. Hot and cold drinks and a variety of snacks are available from the servery which will close at 5.30pm.
15. Please confirm the final number of children you have coming 2 days before your party by calling us, as this will be the minimum charge we will apply on
the day (Excluding party child).
16. Fizzy Lizard is not responsible for guests with food allergies, but will endeavour to accommodate allergies when notified in advance.
17. Parents of the party child will receive a free hot drink.
18. Anyone who would like to take photos during the ‘Photo with Fizzy’ session must bring their own personal camera.
19. Any damages or major cleaning costs incurred during a private party will be charged to you at the discretion of the management.
20. The party child goes free at the party (maximum of 1 child).
21. If you do not wish to be contacted about our discounts, promotions or events, please do not enter your email address on the Booking Form.
