MLP Group leased 59.4 thousand sqm of warehousing space in 2015
Last year, the warehousing space developer signed 21 lease agreements for a total of
nearly 59.4 thousand sqm of warehousing space.
“The volume of lease agreements signed last year confirms the MLP Group’s upward trend in the
company’s rapid development. The outlook for the current year and the years to come is very good.
Our pipeline of construction projects includes new logistics parks. Once completed, we will multiply
the area of commercial space we offer for lease. This will boost our financial performance to an even

In 2015, the MLP Group signed 21 lease agreements for a total of more than 59,4 thousand square
meters of warehousing and office space, of which 30.4 thousand square meters was leased by new
clients in newly constructed facilities. The largest agreement was signed by the MLP Group with the
bookstore chain Matras which will use customized space of more than 14 thousand square meters at
the MLP Pruszków II park. For the most part, the other agreements signed last year were extensions
of existing leases, often involving additional warehousing space.
At the end of last year, the MLP Group had 303 thousand square meters of warehousing and office
space with the vacancy rate at 2.6%. At the same time, projects under construction covered nearly 58
thousand square meters of space.
The Group’s real estate portfolio currently consists of four operating logistics parks located in Poland:
MLP Pruszków I, MLP Pruszków II, MLP Poznań and MLP Lublin. Its fifth park, i.e. MLP Teresin is
under construction. New projects under preparation include investments in the Upper and Lower
Silesia and Central Poland regions, including in particular MLP Gliwice, MLP Łódź and MLP Wrocław.
Taking these projects into account, the MLP Group’s target warehousing space will exceed 760
thousand square meters.
