Further to our letter on 22 January 2007 (Ref. No. ISD/07/109), please be informed that the test
rundown for the subject Market Rehearsals on both Saturdays, 10 March and 17 March 2007, will
be as below:

Important Notes to Vendors:
1. All direct connected vendors are advised to conduct the test session via the Primary System.
2. For fault reporting, please call Mr. Elvis You at (852) 9183 8966.
3. All messages disseminated during the testing period should be treated as non-production data
and have to be cleaned up afterwards.
4. Vendors are required to confirm the test results by returning the duly completed Test Result
Report on or before 5:00pm on the next business day of each market rehearsal.
The subject tests are optional to Vendors. Should you wish to take part in the tests, please confirm
the test contact of your side for the tests by returning the attached Participation Form to us by fax
before 2 March 2007 (Friday).
