I am excited to announce that Tony's Tree Plantation will be hosting our second
annual Okie EGGFEST, featuring the Big Green Egg grill/smoker. It will be held on
October 25th 2014 starting at 9:00 am.
The Big Green Egg is the world's finest and most versatile grill/smoker. Tony's
Tree Plantation has become Oklahoma's largest Egg dealer. We also carry 100's of
accessories to make us the most complete egg store in the state.
Not only are the Big Green Eggs unique, but many of our owners are too. There is
a strong following of people called “Egg Heads.” Many become consumed with new
ways of cooking, developing their own recipes, and buying any new “Eggcessary”
that comes out.
Our Okie Eggfest allows for cooks, buyers, and tasters to come together for food and fun
at Oklahoma's premier nursery.
-Buyer: Anyone who purchases a large or XL Big Green Egg by October 3rd 2014, and
allows it to be cooked on during our event by an experienced cook. Buyers receive a
special promotional price and free accessory kit for participation. All buyers receive free
admission, and most importantly will be able to learn from the “Eggsperts.”
-Cook: A person who is accustomed to cooking on an Egg. Cooks will not be charged
an admission fee. They will receive a free food, and drink. We will need at least one
cook per pre-sold Egg.
-Taster: Anyone that wants to experience our Eggfest. They will be charged a $15.00
admission fee. They will be able to eat, drink, and learn how to cook on the Big Green
Egg.
The purpose of this letter in addition to our explanation of our event is to ask that you
help us out as a sponsor. All proceeds from the event will benefit the following charity:
1. Oklahoma Honor Flights Mission
Oklahoma Honor Flights transports Oklahoma veterans to Washington D.C. to visit
those memorials dedicated to honor their service and sacrifice.

We have 3 levels of sponsorship:
 Bronze Sponsor-$100-$249 donation
mentioned in all advertising, personally thanked during the event, and name put on all tshirts
 Silver Sponsor- $250-$499 donation
Receive everything in the bronze level and will receive four free admission
tickets, four free t-shirts and special mention during our radio spots and
remotes
 Gold Sponsor- $500 and up donation
Receive everything in the bronze and silver level. One huge benefit for our gold
sponsor is special Green Egg pricing to you and all your employees. Our price offered
to you and your employees is the lowest price ever offered. All eggs must be purchased
by September 30th and used in our event. A unique way for you to give a great benefit
and incentive to all of your employees, while benefiting a great charity helping great
individuals.
With your help, we are hopeful to create a unique community event that will grow each
year. We are also hopeful to provide a sizable donation to “Oklahoma Honorflights”

Tony's Tree Plantation is hosting the 1st annual Okie Eggfest on October 25th, 2014. Join us for a day
of “Eggcellent” food, folks, and fun.
9:00 am-Ladies and gentlemen, light your eggs!(cooks and buyers can arrange for an earlier start time
if needed to prepare food)
All you can eat! Food will be available all day as the dishes finish cooking on the eggs.
4:00 pm- Presentation of awards
4:30 pm- Cooling off of the Eggs(Tony's Tree Plantation will provide containers to put hot charcoal in)
5:30 pm- Egg pick up (must be picked up day of event)
