• The test evaluates the explosivity and the ability to change direction
• Test conducted two times with 90sec recovery between runs

• RSA (Repeated Sprint Ability) for Referees – 4 times 40 metres
• The test evaluates the capacity to perform repeated sprints with limited recovery time (60’’)

• The test evaluates the capacity to perform repeated high-intensity runs
