RESERVE & REVERE. Diagram A – Original I, Regal, Revere ORIGINAL I, REGAL & REVERE: 1) The hardware to mount the curtain is in the Hardware Kit sent with the fireplace enclosure. The curtain hardware is as follows: two (2) #10-24NC X ½” long Flat Head Carriage Bolts; four (4) #10-24NC Hex Nuts; and, four (4) 3/16 ID Flat Washers. 2) Insert two (2) #10-24NC x ½” long Flat Head Carriage Bolts into the bottom slot of the back of the top frame of the enclosure (see Figure 3 of Diagram A). 3) The curtain mounts to the back of the frame as shown in Figure 2 of Diagram A. 3a) First, insert one (1) 3/16 ID Flat Washer over each Carriage Bolt in the back of the frame. This washer will act as a spacer between the frame and the curtain. 3b) Next, place the curtain onto the back of the frame so that the Curtain Mounting Brackets fit over the Carriage Bolts. 3c) Place one (1) 3/16 ID Flat Washer and one (1) #10-24NC Hex Nut onto each Carriage Bolt. Center the curtain, then tighten the Hex Nuts. An installed curtain is shown in Figure 1 of Diagram A. Diagram B – Curtain Adjustment – Back View Diagram C – Air Prism, Cameo, Classic, Phantom, Prism & Tradition AIR PRISM, CAMEO, CLASSIC, PHANTOM, PRISM & TRADITION: 1) The hardware to mount the curtain is pre-installed to the back of the enclosure. The curtain hardware consists of: two (2) Tinnerman Nuts, two (2) 3/16 ID Flat Washers, (2) #10 x 5/8” long Phillips Tapping Screws. 2) The curtain mounts to the back of the frame as shown in Figure 2 of Diagram C. There are two sets of slots to mount curtain on the Air Prism, Prism and Tradition. In most cases, the curtain will mount to the lower slot on the back of the frame. 2a) First, loosen the #10 x 5/8” long Phillips Head Tapping Screws that are located in the back of the top frame. The screws do not need to be removed. Leave about a 1/8” space between the 3/16 ID Flat Washer and the frame. 2b) Next, slide the curtain mounting brackets between the Tinnerman Nuts and the Flat Washers. The Tinnerman Nuts inside the frame can be moved from side to side to line up with the Curtain Mounting Brackets. 2c) Center the curtain then tighten the Phillips Head Tapping Screws. An installed curtain is shown in Figure 1 of Diagram C. CHALET, DÉCOR & RESERVE: 1) The hardware to mount the curtain is pre-installed to the back of the enclosure. The curtain hardware consists of: two (2) Tinnerman Nuts, two (2) 3/16 ID Flat Washers, (2) #10 x 5/8” long Phillips Tapping Screws. 2) The curtain mounts to the back of the frame using the slotted mounting brackets as shown in Diagram D. There are two sets of slots to mount curtain on the Décor, Reserve & Chalet doors. 2a) First, loosen the #10 x 5/8” long Phillips Head Tapping Screws that are located in the back of the top frame. The screws do not need to be removed. Leave about a 1/8” space between the 3/16 ID Flat Washer and the frame. 2b) Next, slide the slotted mounting bar between the Tinnerman Nuts and the Flat Washers. The Tinnerman Nuts inside the frame can be moved from side to side to line up with the Curtain Mounting Slotted Bar. 2c) Center the curtain then tighten the Phillips Head Tapping Screws.
