Education in Motion
Our award-winning Education in Motion program returns to Kentucky
Kingdom this spring. It offers a lot more than just a trip to an amusement
park. The workbooks we make available to teachers and students contain
hands-on projects and experiments, designed for various grade levels and
focused on the park and its attractions, turning Kentucky Kingdom into a giant
outdoor classroom. That’s right, students can “ride” their school work –
coasters that climb, rides that spin, drop, tumble, and splash! The workbooks
are compatible with a STEM-based curriculum and can be downloaded at
the Education in Motion tab on www.kentuckykingdom.com.
Classroom Cash
Did you know your school can receive CLASSROOM CASH from Kentucky Kingdom?
We will award up to $10,000 in cash to schools who attend our Education in
Motion days, when the park is open exclusively to school groups. On each
designated Education in Motion day, we will award at least two $500 cash gifts
to schools in attendance. It’s money your school can use in any way it sees fit.
It’s our way to celebrate the efforts of teachers and students as they wrap up the
2014-15 school year.

School Field Trips
Your school’s field trip to Kentucky Kingdom can also strictly be for fun – to reward
your students for a successful school year.
Let’s Break a World Record!
Join us on Friday, May 22, 2015 as we attempt to break a world record by
hosting the World’s Largest Math Class! Kentucky Kingdom will open at
9:00 a.m. on this day for a special 45-minute math lesson geared for ALL
grade levels. It will be held in our amphitheater which can accommodate
3,500 participants.

Education in Motion Admission:
Only $19.95 per person.
One complimentary ticket for every 15 paid admissions. Individuals with a 2015
Kentucky Kingdom season pass do not need to purchase an admission ticket.
Complimentary tickets are good for admission only and do not include the
meal/drink package options.
Meal Options:
All-you-can-eat buffet is served from 11:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. Groups do not
have assigned meal times. Simply present your meal ticket at the park’s picnic pavilions
for a one-time admission during this three-hour period.
Cost is $10.00 per person.

All-you-can-eat picnic meal consists of fried chicken, hot dogs, potato wedges,
kernel corn, cookies, and Coca-Cola beverages.

$15.00 per person: Meal and drink combo. Meal plus unlimited drinks all day.
$19.00 per person: Meal and souvenir sports bottle combo. Meal, sports bottle, and

For both drink options, guests are issued wristbands that must be worn to receive free drinks.
All meal/drink packages must be purchased and arranged prior to event. A Kentucky Kingdom
season pass does not entitle the bearer to receive a free meal/drink package.
• NO FOOD OR DRINK MAY BE BROUGHT INTO KENTUCKY KINGDOM.
• Any guest wishing to exit and re-enter the park (same day) must have hand stamped before exiting.

Reservation forms are available online at kentuckykingdom.com and should be returned ASAP.
All reservations will be accepted based upon availability. Admission tickets, meal tickets, and
drink wristbands will be mailed to you in advance of your event.
Payment in full for final guaranteed number of admission tickets and meal/drink packages
must be received at least 14 days prior to event. Mail check and tax-exempt form to Kentucky
Kingdom, Attn: Education in Motion, P.O. Box 21639, Louisville, KY 40221. If paying by credit

For those last minute reservations made fewer than seven days in advance of the event – tickets
and wristbands will be held at the park’s Group Sales Window for pick-up upon your arrival.
