The cylinder can be mounted on
the front or on both sides.
The mounting position of M12
connector can be changed.
M12 connector can be mounted
in two different positions.
Optional metal cover
protects the manual lock
mechanism.
At every condition the manual
lock release mechanism is at
Soft viper on piston is
standard.
Highly protective seal design is
less affected by poor air
quality.
Pin mechanism inside the
piston rod controls the
sensor at unclamp position.
By just adjusting the bolt, the
position of the sensor also is
adjusted.
Angle adjusting bolt is also a
stopper bolt with a cushion.
Piston movements do not
cause damage on the bolt.
Arm opening angle can be
adjusted easily by adjusting
the angle adjusting bolt.
No need to disassemble the
cylinder and no need to change
the stopper bolt.
THE SPECIAL CKZT40-135-DCJ234EJ
Special front mounting
dimensions makes clamp
fully interchangeable with
bigger bore sizes.
The front mounting
dimensions are the same
with Ø50, Ø63 and Ø80 mm
bore sizes.
Same clamping point with
the bigger bore sizes can
be provided.
By using the special arm of
the bore size Ø40 mm, the
clamp is fully
interchangeable with bigger
bore sizes.
