Using the information supplied by your local pool dealer,
our team will generate computerized drawings accurate to
within 1/100 of an inch. These drawings are transferred to
one of our computerized cutting systems, where it is cut as
precisely as it was drawn. This assures superb accuracy.
The vinyl components are joined by a die-electric
heat-seal process which fuses the vinyl materials together.
Material, dimensions and seals are checked and re-checked
throughout the entire manufacturing of your custom liner
to assure maximum quality. Every liner is backed by Dover
Vinyl’s 20-year limited warranty.
We only use the highest quality grade virgin vinyl available
