Whole grain-rich crisp rice cereal
1 oz.
1.5 lbs.
Directions:
1. Mix mandarin oranges with orange juice concentrate.
2. Layer Dannon® Pro Nonfat Yogurt with orange mixture.
3. Top with rice cereal

Reduced-fat, whole grain-rich granola
Yield: 24 servings
Directions:
1. Pour Dannon® Pro Nonfat Yogurt into a parfait cup.
2. Layer mixed fruit and granola.

6 1/2 lbs.
Whole Grain Rich Cinnamon Granola
Directions:
1. Prepare your favorite mashed sweet potato recipe following recommended cookingtime and temperature
OR use commercially prepared mashed sweet potatoes following product directions for cooking time
and temperature..
2. Cool completely, preferably overnight.
3. Place cooled mashed potatoes in a disposable icing bag
4. In a 10 oz. parfait cup portion 2 oz. of Dannon® Pro Vanilla Yogurt.
5. Pipe in 4.24 oz. of mashed sweet potatoes forming the center layer of the parfait.
6. Repeat the yogurt layer
7. Chill until ready to serve
8. Just before serving top each with 1 oz. of Granola.
