Users can be prompted to enter a code to track a
department, project, cost center etc., allowing you
to track usage accordingly. Usage data can be viewed

he Hayley SmartVend® machines are Internet
appliances and do not need expensive or
complicated software installed. This means they
are easy to install and maintain, which is both done
by trained Hayley staff. A typical implementation is
approximately 4 weeks, whereas actual machine
installation time is on average 2 hours.

Utilising Connect n’ Go technology SmartVend®
vending machines connect to Trajectory, a secure and
robust cloud-based technology platform by which you
can manage your SmartVend® installation. Accessible
through a web browser all the user requires is an Internet
abled device.
SmartVend® offers enhanced accountability and
security for your inventory. Using unique ID cards
or ID numbers personnel can only gain access to inventory for which they have been granted authorisation.
With check-in and check-out capabilities SmartVend®
offers complete traceability.
Through a variety of vending solutions working via a sophisticated network of inbuilt sensors
SmartVend® eliminates the need for RFID tags,
barcodes and the requirement to manually account
for inventory. This automates data-collection and
provides the user with real-time intelligence on
inventory use.

All SmartVend devices incorporate Connect n’ Go
technology. This technology essentially provides
vending machines the ability to connect to a network
using Wireless, Ethernet or Mobile communications.
This gives SmartVend® devices unrivalled flexibility of
being utilised in both remote and challenging locations.

Trajectory provides real-time on-demand inventory intelligence directly from SmartVend® devices, such as what
inventory is being used and by whom. Trajectory enables
the seamless management of inventory stock levels by
automatically preparing stock reorders for approval via
email, electronically to your supplier or directly to an ERP
system.
Cloud-based technology eliminates the need for additional onsite hardware and software investment. Maintained completely on an external server there is no additional work for in-house IT Departments.

Using the single item dispense function, Autostore can
be used for larger items with 100% security and accuracy. The multi-item dispense function allows multiple
items to be stored in a single locker and dispensed using
swipe card or user code to establish transaction history.

This functionality can manage and control items that
require Calibration and Certification Standards, Forced
Returns (One-For-One Exchange), Required Lockdowns
and more. High cost assets such as laptops, tools and
test equipment can also be stored and their usage recorded.

suppliers as access can be restricted to lockers allowing
only the person that placed the order to open the locker.
