• Rates quoted are daily per home, and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
• A four night minimum is required for all homes ( July, August, and Septmber)
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY
• A deposit, equal to 50% of entire stay plus applicable taxes and fees, is required to confirm reservation.
• All minimum stays require payment in full.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit Cards will be charged immediatley
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival are not refundable.
• A $25 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
• Check-In after 4:00 p.m.
• Check-Out 11:00 a.m.
