The account opening fee covers the account opening, the issuance of the bank card, internet banking, the LB
Digipass application and postage by regular mail. Optionally, clients can choose courier postage of banking
documents. Courier postage is included in the account opening fee of accounts with Platinum card.
Please note that certain countries may impose taxes or duties on packages containing items other than
documents (e.g. bank cards, physical Digipass). The Bank shall not assume any liability on such costs as they are
imposed by foreign authorities.

A secondary account can be opened for clients having a Loyal Bank account with a linked bank card. The
secondary account is opened in the same currency as the existing account without an attached bank card.

The blocked amount is a fully refundable security deposit, separated from the initial deposit to the account. In
case the account remains inactive without an available balance, the maintenance fees will be deducted from this
security deposit.

Cirrus Maestro and MasterCard fees are shown for information only and for the benefit of existing cardholders.
The bank is not accepting any further applications for these products as they have now been discontinued and
replaced with MasterCard Contactless.

An account is regarded as dormant after 12 months of inactivity.

A minimum balance is not required for any Loyal Bank client account unless you choose a Platinum card. Our
Platinum card account requires a minimum deposit of USD/EUR 5,000 to be placed and maintained on the
account. Should your balance fall below the required minimum balance of USD/EUR 5,000 double monthly
maintenance fee will apply.

Digipass is an authentication service to generate passwords for secure login and transfer requests in Loyal Bank’s
internet bank. As a default, we supply clients with the LB DIGIPASS Application – a software – available for mobile
phones. Physical DIGIPASS devices can only be ordered in special circumstances at the prices above.
