Learning outcomes are the starting point for evaluating the impact of your CPD. Both learning aims and outcomes should be clear and concisely defined. Clearly state the learning aims of your CPD. HANDOUTS/SUPPORT MATERIAL Providing some form of supporting material is also strongly recommended; either physical handouts, emailed documents post-CPD or some other content that perhaps only those engaging with your CPD can receive.
