Queen Victoria died in 1901
Queen Victoria came to the throne on the 20th June 1837,
when she was only 18 years old. She was crowned a bit
more than a year later on the 28th June 1838. Victoria got
married at the age of 21 to her cousin Prince Albert. She
had 9 children and 40 grandchildren. Most of her children
married into royal families. She died many years later on
the 22nd January 1901, when she was 81 years old. She died
at Osborne House on the Isle of Wight, and was buried in a
mausoleum at Frogmore in Windsor. She reigned for 63
years, seven months and two days, that made her the
longest reigning Queen in Britain, and she still is.
