Fitness Center (29th Floor)
State of the art gym facilities that all of our residents
can use freely. Health trainers and yoga instructors are
available for an extra charge.
Study Room (B2 Floor)
Group study room is available for our residents for
group studies and projects. The study room is available
by appointment.
Outdoor Garden (29th Floor)
With a fabulous city view, our outdoor garden offers the
perfect atmosphere for private meditation or to wind
down after a long day
Open Lounge(29th Floor)
The perfect place to communicate and network
personal ties with fellow residents. With complimentary
self service coffee and tea provided year round, it is one
of the hot spots of the facility

Security
For the safety of our residents, we offer 24 hour security guards within our facility,
along with 24 hour CCTV surveillance for hallways and elevators. Access to the
living quarter is granted only by the key card that is provided to our residents.
Networking
UR Seoul can accommodate 400 international residents. We plan activities such
as Kimchi making to offer our residents a cultural experience as well as for our
residents to interact with one another. Through these activities we provide our
residents natural opportunities to build new relationships and networks at a
global level.. UR Seoul will be more than happy to organize events such as
experiencing Korean Culture, Residents Sports events and so on. All you have to
do is ask!
