The InfiLaw System, a Naples, Florida-based corporation, is a consortium of independent community-based law schools. InfiLaw is seeking a seasoned professional to join their Naples team as a Marketing Analyst. This position reports to the Vice President of Technology and Administrative Services. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Email Marketing Campaigns: Collaboration with internal and external teams to develop strategic and tactical email marketing campaigns Providing technical support for and execution of schools’ campaigns Provide regular reports regarding school campaigns Contribute to overall post-campaign analyses Contribute to identification and implementation of campaign process improvements Database Usage: Ability to work with relevant database (ACES2) to extract and analyze essential reports for interpretation and development of continuous improvement metrics. Marketing Projects: Assist in development/implementation of projects; conduct project-required market research, launch surveys, assemble data with analysis for reporting purposes. To be considered for this position, candidates will possess the following skills: Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including Excel macros and file/data manipulation Excellent data analysis skills and facility with analytics reporting using quantitative methodology and statistical techniques. Experience in email marketing and proficiency working with hosted web applications. Hands-on ability to work with a large customer database (i.e. SIS, CRS, ACES2) to extract and analyze data for purpose of tracking marketing initiatives, and reporting key metrics for continuous improvement of marketing plans. Knowledge of basic database functionality and use, ability to mine data from database for delivery of strategic reports. Some experience with HTML coding. Interaction on projects will include individual law school admissions teams, InfiLaw senior management and marketing. THIS POSITION ALSO REQUIRES: Bachelor’s degree in business with concentration in statistics, marketing or data analysis. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines High level of attention to accuracy and detail oriented Strong writing and copy editing skills Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with teams as well as independently Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including ability to recognize/flag issues THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES ARE CONSIDERED A “PLUS”: Advanced degree in statistics, data management and strategic data analysis Project management experience Six Sigma training Marketing, specifically email marketing
