BRAVA +
The corn header Brava + was designed to perform to harvest the
most diverse variety of corn with efficiency, quality and safety. The
Brava + arrives in the market with a brand new design. The lateral
careen avoids the loss of cobs in the edges, making it more efficient
during harvesting.
Another new feature that the Brava + presents are its collectors
roll with 8 fins having more than 10 rotation options and chains
with 6 “jugs”. This system ensures a great adjustment for the most
diverse harvester rotations and reduces the collect of cornhusks in
the harvest by 30%, increasing the yield and decreasing the fuel
consumption from the harvester.
The careen and the central tips are produced by a process of
cutting edge technology with materials of high quality that ensure
higher resistance against wear and tear and weather.
20 mm
The coupling and disengagement of the
careens are easy and fast assembled,
providing more agility in maintenance.
40 mm
It has sliding wheel which avoids fairing break. The beak height
regulation suit the header on all the harvesting situations.
Torque limiter
The Brava + has electric regulations for the plates, made by remote control, providing variation of the opening of 20
mm to 40 mm. The adjustments are made according to the thickness of the corn cane and are easy and quick to do.
Note: The plates’ adjustments are mechanical or electrical.
Careen
Careen with brand new design, lighter and more
resistant. It provides adjustments according with
the spaces.
The individuals torque limiters by row have radial systems of disaram,
providing a quick visualization of any interference at harvesting and
speeding it.

The adjustable line kit have a compact transmission box, decreasing
the weight by row and can be adjusted for with more than 10
rotation options, enabling the adjustment for the most diverse corn
varieties. It has resistant collector rolls and does not need frontal
bushing and it has 8 fins. The adjustable line kit have chains with
6 “jugs” that ensure higher speed during the collecting of the
cobs, not overloading the machine and decreasing the amount of
cornhusk collected by 30%.

Height sensor
The height control system from the corn header
is available in the models above 13 lines. It allows
working closer to the ground, offering more
security to the operator, thus, avoiding damages
to the corn header.
Also allows the increase of the harvesting speed
in comparison to the manual system.

It keeps the sensor on the ground even
when it is operating in high speeds.
Reversing spring disengagement
It makes the sensor arm to spin forward if the
operator gives reverse gear on the harvester.

The rotational shaft has a bushing in oil bath
and does not need lubrication.
It allows that the sensor arm flexes sideways,
absorving the impacts and increasing the
lifespan of the rotating shaft.

Operation
The sensor installed in the header allows precision
control on the height of the header in any kind
of terrain.
Each one of the sensor send to the controller
position where the corn header is.

The Brava + corn headers have as
optional a special differential, the
harvesting monitor that measure the
productivity and the humidity of the
grains instantaneously during the
harvest, showing the variability of
the farm productivity.
