Sales and Return Policies
Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, all sales for consulting services, events and
seminars, online products and/or other products and services purchased from Catalystix
Ltd or our agents are final. Your statutory rights are not affected.
“Blow Your Mind Guarantee”
Our Business Freedom Experience and Business Freedom Speaking Academy are both
covered by our “Blow Your Mind Guarantee”. This guarantee offers that if the training you
attend does not exceed your highest expectations - if it does not blow your mind — you
are entitled to a full refund of your investment.
In order to evoke the BYM Guarantee you must provide notice at the half way mark of the
event that you are not sufficiently amazed by the program that you intend to request a
refund. You must be prepared, at that time, to hand in any materials or notes you have
made during the program. In order to evoke the BYM Guarantee you must also be willing and able to attend the
entire program; you must not be late for any of the sessions and you should also not
leave early on any of the days or miss any of the event for any reason.
LIVE Event Tickets
Tickets for any of Eric Edmeades seminars and events are transferable and nonrefundable. If notice has been provided in accordance with the event-specific notes below,
event and seminar tickets are transferable to future dates for the same seminar or event
for which the original ticket was purchased. Except for SYATT, all seminar and event
tickets are transferable to another person or entity. Please review the notes below for
required notice period and other event specific terms:
SYATT (See You At The Top)
Tickets purchased for SYATT are not transferable to another party and can only be
transferred to a future event if you provide at least 60 days notice that you cannot attend
your originally scheduled event. If you fail to attend the program, and do not provide 40
days notice, your entire ticket price is forfeited.
AZAYA
Tickets purchased for AZAYA are fully transferable to another person. Tickets are also
transferable to a future event if you provide at least 30 days notice that you cannot attend
your originally scheduled event. There is no transfer fee for postponing to a future event
and there is a $300 transfer fee for transferring the ticket to another person.
Business Freedom Experience (BFE)
Tickets purchased for BFE are fully transferable to another person or entity. Tickets are
also transferable to a future event if you provide at least 7 days notice that you cannot
attend your originally scheduled event. There is no transfer fee for postponing to a future
event and there is a $100 transfer fee for transferring the ticket to another person.
Business Freedom Speaking Academy (BFSA)
Tickets purchased for BFSA are fully transferable to another person or entity. Tickets are
also transferable to a future event if you provide at least 21 days notice that you cannot
attend your originally scheduled event. There is no transfer fee for postponing to a future
event and there is a $300 transfer fee for transferring the ticket to another person.
ONLINE PRODUCTS AND EVENTS
Online products purchased from Catalystix Ltd or through agents are non-refundable; all
sales are final. Some products are transferable to other parties or to future events, please
read below for event-specific terms.
The Business Freedom Challenge (Video Coaching Program)
The Business Freedom Challenge is a 90-day video coaching program. You have 180 days
to complete the program. The program is fully transferable to another party provided that
such a transfer takes place before you have commenced the program. (There is a $99
administration fee for transfers.)
The WildFit Challenge (Video Coaching Program)
The WildFit Challenge is a 90-day video coaching program. You have 180 days to complete
the program. The program is fully transferable to another party provided that such a
transfer takes place before you have commenced the program. (There is a $99
administration fee for transfers.)
All other Books, Audio and Video Programs
All sales are final.
Coaching and Mentoring Programs
Sales for Coaching and Mentoring programs are final. Coaching and Mentoring programs
must be paid for in full in advance of each session and are not transferable to another
party.
Missed Sessions
If you know in advance that you will miss a previously scheduled coaching or mentoring
session and provide us with at least 3 days notice, the appointment can be rescheduled to
a later date. If you miss an appointment without providing at least 3 days notice, the appointment can
not be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy
Each coaching or mentoring contract is agreed for a fixed term of between 30 days and 12
months.
a) 30-Day Contracts can not be cancelled once the first appointment date has been
agreed.
b) 90-Day Contracts can be canceled with 30 days notice. Payment will still be due for the
used portion and the 30-day notice period.
c) 12-month contracts can be cancelled with 90-days notice. Payment will still be due for
the used portion and the 90-day notice period.
Group Coaching
Group coaching programs such as WildFit Challenge Hangouts and Business Freedom
Boardrooms are provided on fixed 90-day contracts and cannot be cancelled or
transferred.
Releases
By participating at any of our live events (or camera enabled online events) you are
specifically consenting to be digitally recorded (photographs, video and/or sound) and
releasing any and all rights to said recordings. Specifically, by participating in these events
you are granting Catalystix and Eric Edmeades the right to use any recordings made of
you at our in relation to those events for any purpose without any claims for or exceptions
of royalties of any kind. If you do NOT wish to be recorded, please notify us in writing
prior to the event and we will assess your request at that time. Please note that since
many of our activities involved groups and other participants it may not be possible to
avoid recording you and that if you would like to avoid being recorded that you should not
participate in any group photographs or group activities.
Disclaimers
Our programs may offer business, marketing, health, relationship or personal advice that
you may or may not act upon during or following any programs. By attending our
programs you are specifically agreeing not to take any of the advice offered by Eric
Edmeades, our staff or any other participants as legal, psychological or medical advice
and that you will, whenever making major decisions or changes, seek competent
professional advice. Specifically, you are agreeing not to blame, hold responsible or seek
damages from Eric Edmeades, Catalystix, Catalystix’ employees or other participants for
decisions you make or actions you take during or after the program.
