BoardPad for Good increases an executive’s
efficiency and preparedness by providing instant
access to always up-to-date meeting agendas and
documents, news, follow-up actions and a library of
reference materials.
Whenever online, new or updated content
published by administrators is automatically
downloaded. Then, online or offline, executives can
annotate documents – just like on paper. Add notes
and freehand drawings and highlight, underline and
strikethrough text on-screen.
Executives and their team can also collaborate on
documents, such as presentations and reports, all
within the secure BoardPad environment.
BoardPad for Good provides single sign-on
(where Good for Enterprise is installed) as well
as integration with Good for Enterprise when
emailing documents from BoardPad and sharing
documents.

Meetings
l Browse a list of past, present and future
meetings
l For each meeting browse documents by
navigating the agenda like chapters in a book
l View a meeting’s location and conference call
details and the contact details of other meeting
participants
l Review a meeting’s follow-up actions and
comment on or complete them
l Changes made by meeting administrators are
automatically synchronised, even when the
agenda is reorganised or document versions
updated
l No need for executives to organise their
documents. When online, BoardPad updates
and automatically adds new content and deletes
content removed by administrators.
Documents and Intuitive Annotation Tools
l Add notes, drawings, signatures, voice
annotation and bookmarks. Highlight, underline
and strikethrough text.
l Share annotated documents and summaries
via Good for Enterprise email or print them (if
enabled)
l Track different versions of documents with
annotations preserved between versions
l Document level security restricts access on a
per person basis, allowing some participants of a
meeting to see parts of the agenda others can’t.
Reading Room
l A digital sharing area for storing key documents,
presentations, company information or news
l Private or shared Reading Rooms, such as
between a group of executives, or an executive
and their assistant or team
l Link Reading Rooms to specific meetings and
agenda items to provide additional background
reading.
