2º TEAMS
ARTICLES Entries and TEAMS competing must be composed of a minimum of two (2) anglers and a maximum
of four (4) anglers.

3º TEAM CAPTIONS MEETING
ARTICLES 3.1 - The Registration Check-in Desk, will be located at “Clube Naval de Ponta Delgada“.
The Captains meeting takes place the day before the first day of competition, in time and place to
be determined (see the event program).
3.2 - The presence of the team captain or his representative is essential.
3.3 - Their absence implies automatic acceptance of all aspects or any specific regulation changes
decided at the meeting.
3.4 - The organization will provide all information and clarifications needed and will deliver to every
team the event-related documents.

3.5 - The cost of inscription is 300€ per team.
The cost of the rent of the boat is 3.000€.
The cost of the Hotel room, for 6 nights is:
• Single Room 500€ (each extra night is 68€).
• Double Room 600€ (each extra night is 75€).
Escorts:
• Single 68€ (1 escort).
• Double 75€ (2 escorts).
• Payment will made in full.
Include six nights including breakfast, welcome cocktail, cocktail at the end of each fishing day, two
days tour including lunch and preze award ceremony.
3.6 - The deadline for registration is thirty (30) days before the start of the event.
3.7 - If the registration is recived before April 2016 then a 15% of the deposit will be paid. After April.

14º CLASSIFICATION AND SCORING
ARTICLES 14.1 - Scoring the fish which comply with the conditions mentioned in the tables attached to 14.3
points, 14.4.
14.2 - The final ranking for teams will be established by adding together the total score of the fish.

15º FINAL CLASSIFICATION
ARTICLES 15.1 - The final classification will be calculated based on the total points awarded over the total of
the three days of fishing.

16º TIEBREAKER
ARTICLES 16.1 - In the event of a tie on points, the tie-breaker will be based on the following criteria.
(A) Number of fish Released.
(B) First-Time Marlin (blue or white) that ties.
(C) Time the first fish of the draw.
(D) Draw.
