Scholarship Application
Santa Fe Federal Credit Union (FCU) will award two $1,000 scholarships for
tuition and fees to full-time undergraduate students enrolled in an accredited
college or university for the 2016-2017 academic year. The purpose of the
scholarship is to recognize students who demonstrate academic achievement and
community service, and who are interested in advancing their undergraduate
education.
Scholarship applicants must meet the following qualifications for consideration:
1. Applicants must be a Santa Fe FCU member in good standing with an active
account.
2. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or continuing
undergraduate college students accepted or enrolled in an accredited
2-year or 4-year college or university.
3. All completed applications must be received by March 30, 2016 to be
considered. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
4. Completed applications and essays can be turned in to any Santa Fe FCU
branch, faxed to (806)242-7860, or mailed to Santa Fe FCU, Attention:
Marketing/Business Development, PO Box 15088, Amarillo, TX 79105.
All information given on this application is confidential and will only be
reviewed by the scholarship committee. Non-winning applications will be
shredded upon announcement of the scholarship recipient.
The Santa Fe FCU scholarship committee will judge each application based on
context, expression and overall impact. The scholarship recipients will be
notified by mid-April. Scholarship awards can be presented at high school award
ceremonies.
