Any bowler that shoots a 300 with the Radical Score bowling ball is
eligible. Your place in the cash line is determined by total series of 3
games, including the 300. Entrants can only cash one time, based
on highest series.
The retailer listed by the entrant is also eligible for prizes identical to
entrant. Place in cash line is determined by bowler's position.

6–10: $500
11–15: $450
16–20: $350
21–25: $300

RADICAL SCORE 300 CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
BY ENTERING, ALL PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE COMPLETE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR AND ITS AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVES (WHICH MAY INCLUDE BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO BRUNSWICK BOWLING CENTER GENERAL MANAGERS, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN
ALL RESPECTS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE. Void in and to residents of MD, and NJ, and where prohibited or restricted
by law.
Eligibility: Open and offered only to legal US residents of the 50 United States (excluding MD and NJ), who are 18 or older at time of entry. Void in and to residents of MD and NJ and
where prohibited or restricted.
Employees of Brunswick Bowling & Billiards Corporation (referred to as “Sponsor” or “Brunswick”); league/tournament managers, organizers, administrators or other similarly situated
individuals, officials and judges; advertising and production companies; their parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each
of them, and all others associated with the development, administration and/or execution of the Contest, or any element thereof (collectively the “Contest Entities”); and any members
of the immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse including foster and step-relations) or household (whether related or not) of each of the above are not eligible to participate.
Radical, DV8, and Brunswick Staff Players (Pro, Regional, and Advisory) are also not eligible to participate.
By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (and its authorized representatives),
which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify any and all information provided by a participant. All information and materials
submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Contest Entities are not responsible for scores, entry or other forms, information or documents that are lost, late,
damaged, altered, destroyed, forged, tampered with, mutilated, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules.
Ineligible or non-compliant entries in whole or in part will be disqualified. Limit one (1) entry, per score (as defined herein).
Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any participant or winner at any time, immediately and without
notice. Participants/winners will be disqualified for, without limitation, illegitimate entry and/or entry materials, obvious lack of good faith, noncompliance with these official rules,
communications, and/or tournament rules, for cheating, fraudulent, unsportsmanlike, threatening, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, lewd, inappropriate, violent, illegal, repugnant,
dangerous or explicit behavior or otherwise unsuitable behavior as determined by Sponsor (and its authorized representatives) in their absolute discretion. If disqualification results,
winner agrees to immediately return any prize won. Without limiting the foregoing, any participant who appears to or is suspected of submitting an inaccurate score may be
disqualified. Entrants may not enter with multiple identities, devices, e-mail and/or street addresses, nor shall entrants use any other device or artifice to enter.
Contest Entities assume no responsibility for: computer/server, telephone, network, electronic, digital, wireless or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connection
problems, or unavailability; garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions; incompatibility; service provider, Internet, Web site, user, net inaccessibility or unavailability; congestion;
technical errors; unauthorized human intervention; human errors; or the delayed, incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or failure to capture any such
information. Proof that you uploaded an entry is not proof of its receipt or eligibility for the Contest.
Promotion Period: Contest starts on or about 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 29, 2014 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on May 31, 2015 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must
be submitted on or before 11:59 pm CT on June 30, 2015.
To Enter: During the Promotion Period, Participants in the Radical Score 300 Contest must purchase a Radical Score ball from an authorized retailer on or before May 31, 2015, and
must be able to show timely proof of purchase (legible receipt and box label or ball photo showing the serial number). To enter, during the Promotion Period using their Radical Score
ball participants must bowl, during USBC certified league/tournament play, a USBC certified 300 game (in a 3-game series) on or before May 31, 2015 (qualifying “score”), then submit
their qualifying score and required supporting documentation (as provided herein) by June 30, 2015 (“entry”). The participant submits their score by submitting an official entry form
available at www.radicalbowling.com. Entries must be submitted via email to [email protected] or via mail to Radical Score 300 Contest, 525 West Laketon Avenue,
Muskegon, MI 49441, entry must be accompanied by proof of entrant’s timely Radical Ball purchase, a copy of the qualifying USBC 300 game score approval letter, and a copy of the
application showing the 3-game scores that were bowled during the series with the 300 score using the Radical Score ball. Once scores are verified, participants’ names will be posted
on www.radicalbowling.com in order of their score from their 3-game series in which the 300 game was bowled using the Radical Score ball (“entry”). Participants may submit multiple
unique qualifying entries (scores) to improve their standing, but only the highest score from each participant will be considered for purposes of prize award. Limit one (1) prize per
participant.
Bowling scores must be bowled during USBC certified league/tournament play and cannot be bowled during pre-bowl play or post-bowl play. Scores, participants, and all other
information posted on the score board is not final (regardless of public posting) unless and until verified and final, as determined by Sponsor. Scores cannot be modified, deleted or
cancelled after being submitted to the Sponsor. The twenty-five highest scores will be eligible for a cash prize, subject to verification and eligibility. In the event of a tie, the prize
monies for all tied participants for those tied prize levels will be combined and shared by dividing the combined monies in accordance with the number of tied prize levels.
Participant Prizes (based on top scores):
1 – 5: $1,000.
6 – 10: $500.
11 - 15: $450.
16 - 20: $350.
21 - 25: $300.
Additional Prizes: Score 26 – 100: A Radical Bowling Ball. ARV: $220. (150 total: 75 Participant Prizes and 75 Retailer Prizes. Total ARV of additional prizes: $33,000.)
Retailer Prizes (tied to winning participants): In addition, the Radical Score ball retailer listed by the winning participant (for the applicable winning score) on their entry form, will
receive the same cash prize as that for which their winning participant qualifies (as provided hereinabove). Retailer prizes will not be awarded if participant fails to list an eligible
retailer, if retailer is no longer in business, is no longer an authorized Radical Score ball seller, or for any other reason similar or dissimilar which leads Sponsor to reasonably decide
retailer is not eligible to qualify for prize award. Limit one retailer prize, per winning entrant. In the event of a tie, the prize monies for all tied participants for those tied retail prize levels
will be combined and shared by dividing the combined monies in accordance with the number of tied retail prize levels.
All monetary prizes will be awarded in the form of a check. Total ARV of all prizes: $59,000.
General: No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of prize, or any portion thereof, permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute any prize of equal or greater value for
any reason. Limit one (1) prize per person/retailer. Bowling ball prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the
sole responsibility of the winners. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Prizes will be awarded assuming sufficient eligible participants/eligible winners. Undelivered, returned, refused, unclaimed or un-awarded prizes/prize notifications will NOT be reawarded. In no event will the Contest Entities be responsible for awarding more than the stated number of prizes herein. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of
a winner. Products received as a prize may not be resold, auctioned, bartered, or placed into any other unauthorized channels of distribution. Any prize pictured in advertising or
promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual prize awarded.
Potential winners/retailers will be notified by telephone or email (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and may be required to sign, have notarized and return within the time specified an
Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release prior to prize award, or else the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected
on the basis of the next highest qualifying score.
Release:
BY PARTICIPATING AND/OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE, PARTICIPANTS, WINNERS AND RETAILERS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE
CONTEST ENTITIES, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE
OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL
ALLEGED AND/OR ACTUAL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, SETTLEMENTS (WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION IS COMMENCED), LIABILITIES AND DAMAGES OF
ANY KIND WHATSOEVER EXISTING NOW OR ARISING IN THE FUTURE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DISABILITY
AND PROPERTY DAMAGE), COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, COURT COSTS, SETTLEMENT AND
DISBURSEMENTS) DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN ANY
PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY, AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST, OR ANY ELEMENT THEREOF. Participants, winners and retailers covenant not to sue any released
party or cause them to be sued regarding any matter released above; and further covenant not to disaffirm, limit or rescind this release to the fullest extent permitted by law. A waiver
by one or more of the Contest Entities of any term in these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of any other provision.
By entering and/or accepting a prize, participants, winners and retailers hereby irrevocably consent, where lawful, to the use (which may include without limitation modification or
alteration) by Sponsor (and its affiliated and subsidiary companies and their authorized representatives) of their name, image, photographs, videotape, likeness, hometown name,
biographical information, and voice for publicity, trade, advertising and promotional purposes in all media now known or hereafter developed worldwide, and on the Internet and World
Wide Web, without additional compensation, and without the right of review, notification or approval.
In no event will Contest Entities, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their advertising or promotion agencies and/or all their respective officers, directors,
employees, independent contractors, representatives and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including indirect, incidental, consequential or
punitive damages arising out of participation in the Contest or any element thereof, prize related activities, access to, and use of, any communications networks, participating internet
site(s) or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said site(s).
Contest Entities assume no responsibility for any unauthorized human intervention, human error, or incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information; nor for the failure to
capture any such information. If, for any reason, the Contest or any element thereof, in whole or in part, is not capable of running as planned or by reason of causes which Sponsor
deems, in its sole opinion, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest or any element thereof, Sponsor reserves the right at
its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest or any element thereof and select the winner(s) for the respective prize/level based on scores from eligible, nonsuspect entries received prior to the action, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. In the event that technological, programming, or other errors cause more than the
stated number of prizes in any prize level, as indicated in these Official Rules, to be sent as notifications, distributed, claimed or received for any prize, Sponsor reserves the right, at
its sole discretion, to award only the stated number of prizes (in such prize level) as provided hereinabove, as applicable.
Contest Entities shall not be liable to winners or any other person for failure to execute the Contest or any element thereof, or supply a prize in whole or in part, by reason of any act of
God, any action(s), regulation(s) order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to
be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, cyber-attacks, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal),
labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any similar or dissimilar event beyond their reasonable
control.
THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a
condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with
this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a neutral one person arbitration panel located in Lake Forest, Illinois.
United States Bowling Congress (USBC) rules will be followed for any rule not covered here. In the event of a discrepancy or for clarification, these Contest official rules will govern.
WINNERS LIST: For the name(s) of winner(s) of prizes over $25, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Brunswick Bowling & Billiards Corp., please state the title of the
Contest, Attn: Marketing Department/Winner’s List Request, 1 N. Field Court, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Requests must be received on or by five (5) working days following the end of
the Promotion Period. Limit one request per person, or per household address.
