DETAILS
1.
Finances
• £700 profit on the Sunday swim session. Loss on the Wednesday is approximately the same.
Paid for life guard course. 25 people have set up standing orders for the Sunday swim. We
would need to have 15 people a session to cover the cost. TH has asked if we can have an
incentive to encourage members to attend the Wednesday session. SF has suggested that
first 15 people could sign up by standing order, and then the other 9 could pay as you go. If
st
this is taken up, the swim card would have to go. Propose starting from 1 April. Allow people
to use their cards up first. Members who already swim on a Sunday will give the other
Wednesday night swimmers a chance to sign up to standing order first. PY
