I understand that these races are held, entirely or in part, on roads not closed to automobile traffic over which race officials have little or no control and that COLLISION WITH A MOTOR VEHICLE COULD CAUSE SEVERE INJURY AND EVEN DEATH. I know that the Pillar Mountain Race descends from the mountain on an extremely rough, often wet, and rocky trail and know that injury could result from falling on sharp rocks or turning an ankle on any of the many large, loose rocks that lie on the trail. I certify that I am in good health and able to physically participate without endangering my health.
