Announcing Promotions and Management Changes
Effective April 1, 2015
As part of National Fuel Gas Company’s continuing effort to broaden the
experience of our officers and to train them in as many disciplines as possible, the
following promotions and management changes are announced effective April 1,
2015:
Paula M. Ciprich has been promoted to Senior Vice
President of National Fuel Gas Company and will
continue to be responsible for Audit Services, Human
Resources, Payroll, Corporate Legal, Risk
Management and Security. Paula will continue in her
role as General Counsel and Secretary for National
Fuel Gas Company.
Bruce D. Heine has been promoted to Senior Vice
President of National Fuel Resources, Inc. Bruce will
be responsible for the management of the Company’s
Energy Marketing segment.
Jay W. Lesch has been promoted to Senior Vice
President of National Fuel Gas Distribution
Corporation. Jay will continue in his oversight for all
field Operations in the regulated subsidiaries in New
York and Pennsylvania, as well as for Credit
Collections and Receivables Management and
Purchasing/Accounts Payable.
David P. Bauer will be responsible for oversight of the
Gas Storage, Gas Supply, Gas Measurement-Supply,
Dispatch and T&E functions at National Fuel Gas Supply
Corporation and will continue in his role as Principal
Financial Officer and Treasurer of National Fuel Gas
Company.
Karen M. Camiolo has been promoted to Vice President
of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation and will be
responsible for Consumer Business, including oversight of
the Customer Response Centers and the Consumer
Business Offices in New York and Pennsylvania. Karen
will continue in her role as Principal Accounting Officer
and Controller of National Fuel Gas Company.
Michael D. Colpoys has been promoted to Vice President
of National Fuel Gas Midstream Corporation, where he will
be involved in the development, construction, and
operation of the Company's expanding gathering pipelines.
Joseph N. DelVecchio has been named Vice President and
Chief Regulatory Counsel of National Fuel Gas Distribution
Corporation and will be responsible for Distribution
Corporation’s Rates and Regulatory Affairs Department.
Ramon P. Harris, Assistant Vice President of National
Fuel Gas Supply Corporation, will be responsible for
management of the Gas Supply, Gas MeasurementSupply, Dispatch and T&E functions at National Fuel Gas
Supply Corporation. Ray will continue his oversight of the
Gas Storage Department.
Jeffrey F. Hart has been promoted to Vice President of
National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation and will be
responsible for the day-to-day management of field
operations in the regulated subsidiaries in New York and
Pennsylvania.
Sarah J. Mugel has been named Vice President and
Assistant Secretary of National Fuel Gas Supply
Corporation and will be responsible for Supply
Corporation’s Legal Department. Sarah will continue in
her oversight of the Risk Management Department and the
Company’s Enterprise Risk Management and insurance
programs.
Michael W. Reville has been promoted to Vice President
and General Counsel of National Fuel Gas Distribution
Corporation and will be responsible for the Company’s
Human Resources and Payroll Department and for
Distribution Corporation’s Legal and Security
Departments.
