MMA (Ages 12-18)
Mixed martial arts (MMA), the fastest-growing sport worldwide, is a full-contact combat sport that
allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from
a variety of other combat sports and martial arts. The UFC has made MMA an international sport.
This program is intended to introduce youths to the sport and prepare them for recreational and/ or
competitive mixed martial arts.
MMA-style gloves needed, OGA membership fee of $35.00 only must be paid once in a calendar year.
The program is free.
