Directions For Use: Shake well before use as some settling may
occur. Use to establish new turf/lawns, or where a soil test has
been done proving a need for phosphorous. Apply only to
actively growing turf. Do not apply near water, storm drains or
drainage ditches. Do not apply if heavy rain is expected. Apply this
product only to your lawn/garden. Check with your local
Cooperative Extension Agency to obtain specific information on
local turf best management practices. Check with your county
or city government to determine if there are local regulations for
fertilizer use. In Virginia, this lawn/turf fertilizer contains
phosphorous and is only for non-agricultural use on (i) turf during
its first growing season, (ii) on turf areas being repaired or
renovated and (iii) on turf where a soil test performed within the last
3 years indicates a phosphorous deficiency. This fertilizer is not for
the routine maintenance of turf.
Lawn Applications Using Yard Feeder®: EnviroYard is recommended
for use with the Yard Feeder fertigation system, which meters out
approximately one-half fluid ounce of EnviroYard per gallon of
irrigation water. Pour EnviroYard directly into the Yard Feeder tank,
as instructed by the fertilizer system. Do not dilute.
Lawn Applications NOT Using YardFeeder®: Apply 24 fluid ounces
of EnviroYard diluted with at least two gallons of water for every
1,000 square feet four to six times a year during the growing season.
Garden Plants, Flowers, Shrubs and Trees: Dilute one-half to one
fluid ounce in one to two gallons of water and apply to the soil
around the base of plants. Apply one-quarter to one-half gallon of
fertilizer mixture for every square foot of area. Applications can be
made every 10-14 days. Use the lower rate for consistently repeated
applications.
