he One Hundredth-Second Annual National Convention of the Knights of Peter Claver and the Eighty-Seventh Annual
National Convention of the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary will be held In Dallas, Texas on July 21 - July 26, 2017.
All lodging, meetings, and events will be held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel located at 400 N. Olive St., Dallas, TX 75201.
We encourage the members of all Councils and Courts to register and attend the National Convention. The National
Convention provides an opportunity for attendees from different states and districts to network with one another and is also
a perfect opportunity to share ideas for the programs of our noble objectives. All delegates must be registered and plan to
stay until the close of the convention on Wednesday afternoon, July 26, 2017.

ID (Grand Knights and Grand Ladies are not allowed to pick up registration packets for their members). Self check-in will

and Courts, District/State Conferences, Assemblies, and Chapters are encouraged to purchase an advertisement in the
Souvenir Booklet which will be distributed to each attendee. Please refer to ad form for more details. Advertisements

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations should be made by contacting the hotel listed below. Please contact them directly for questions
regarding deposit requirements, check-out times, cancelations and special needs. **PLEASE NOTE**: A nonrefundable deposit for one night room and tax charges will be applied at the time of booking. This deposit will be
charged to the credit card supplied, and is non-refundable.
The hotel group room rate is $139.00 plus 13% state and local taxes and 2% Tourism District Fee tax per night
(approximately $159.85 per night) for single/double/triple/quad rooms. The group rate is available until
June 29, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. (Subject to Availability).

ADA ACCOMODATIONS:
The Knights of Peter Claver, Inc. will attempt to provide for special needs of Convention attendees as much as we are
able. We cannot guarantee any special needs accommodations that are not within our or the hotel’s capabilities other
than provided by law. The hotel has a limited numbers of rooms that will accommodate guests with restricted mobility
and those who are hearing impaired. These rooms are assigned based on availability upon check-in.
The hotel does not have loaner wheelchairs available and they recommend contacting the following vendor for your
mobility rental needs. (Please make wheelchair reservations at least 14 days in advance)

PARKING
AUTOMOBILE PARKING:
Self-Parking: $14.00 per day for overnight guests of the hotel. The regular parking rates apply to all non-guests.
BUS PARKING:
Individual units are responsible for making their own bus parking arrangements. Off-site bus parking is available at a
near-by lot (approximately 3 blocks from the Sheraton Dallas Hotel). Parking arrangements at this lot may be made by
contacting Platinum Parking at 1-214-453-3866. The hotel does not offer bus parking.
