Assembly Required
The following common tools are necessary to complete assembly, but are NOT included:
Phillips Screwdriver; Adjustable Wrench (or Pliers)

Read and follow all of these manufacturer instructions before beginning assembly or
operation. Failure to do so could result in fire, burns, or other serious personal injury.
Keep this owner’s manual for future reference. If you sell or give this product to someone
else, make sure this manual accompanies this product.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION!

This grill is intended for OUTDOOR USE ONLY! NEVER use this grill in an enclosed area or
under an overhead cover of any kind, including a tent, patio cover or any other building.

Do not use this grill within 36” of any combustible material, including, but not limited to,
wood or treated-wood decks, patios, porches, walls, vehicles, gasoline, lighter fluid, or
any other flammable liquid.

Do not add lighter fluid or charcoal that is pre-soaked in lighter fluid to hot or warm charcoal.

Do not use gasoline, alcohol, kerosene, or any other highly flammable liquid, except for
lighter fluid that is intended for lighting charcoal. Be sure to follow lighting instructions on
the packaging. Be sure to clean up any spills before lighting charcoal.

Place grill outside on a firm level surface that will NOT burn or melt.

Do not use more than 5 pounds of charcoal in this grill.

Never leave a hot grill unattended. Never use this grill where children or pets are present.

Do not attempt to move grill while it is lit, or while it is still hot.

Do not use grill unless all parts are in working condition and in place.

Never use grill without the ash catcher attached (if equipped).

Grill will be extremely hot while in use. Always use proper cooking mitts and utensils while
cooking, or adjusting cooking or charcoal grates. Avoid skin contact with hot grill.

Lid will be very hot; avoid setting hot lid on grass, carpet, furniture or deck.

To extinguish charcoal, close all vents and place lid on grill until coals are completely out.

Do not remove ashes or used coals from grill until completely burned out and fully extinguished.

Do not use in windy conditions.

Step 1: Attach the Vent (12) to the Top Lid (1),thred
one Bolts (I) though Top Lid and Hex nuts(H) over
the Bolts,Thread two Bolts (D) though Top handle
(10) and Lid hanger bracket (13), thread two Washers
(M) and Hex nuts (E) over the Bolts. Tighten with
Phillips screwdriver and adjustable wrench or pliers.
Step 2: Attach the Side handle (11) to the
Grill bottom (4), thread two Bolts through
Washers into the holes of handle. Tighten
with Phillips screwdriver. Repeat for the
other Side handle.

Step 3: Insert Legs (5&6) through Ash tray
(7), Insert Leg Bolts (G) through Washers
(B), Grill Bottom (4), Leg holders (14), and
into Stationary Legs (6). Partially tighten
bolts. Repeat for Wheel Legs (5). Attach the
Ash leak (16) to the Grill bottom,thread one
Bolt(K) through Grill bottom and Hex nuts(J)
over the Bolts.

Step 4: Align Leg holes with ends of
Wire Shelf (8). Slide threaded ends of
Wire Shelf through holes in Wheel
Legs (5). Slide Spacers (A), Wheels
(9) and Washers (L) over ends of
Wire Shelf. Thread Lock Nuts (C) onto
Wire Shelf ends. Partially tighten.
Slide Wire Shelf ends through holes in
Longer Legs (6). Check alignment of
legs and shelf and securely tighten
Lock Nuts with screwdriver and
adjustable wrench or pliers. Insert the
Leg Cap (15) over the end of Longer
leg (6).

Step 5: Place the Grill (2) and Grate
(3) to the Grill bottom (4), put the Top
lid (1) onto the Grill bottom. Now the
charcoal grill is ready for use.

Limited Warranty
Manufacturer warrants this grill for replacement or repair of parts for a period of 90 days from original
date of purchase. Paint is not warranted and may require touchup. The original sales receipt is
required for all warranty claims. This warranty is limited to non-commercial residential use only. This
warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages resulting from abuse, misuse, weather, or
accidental damages. This warranty excludes incidental or consequential cost due to damages,
injuries or losses of property of any nature. Please read and understand all instructions and warnings
before using this item. NOTICE: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations
or exclusions may or may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may
have other legal rights which may vary from state to state.
