be accepted in multiples of 500 shares (£50). In accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association the Members of the
Company are not entitled to an annual dividend(s) or the distribution of funds on the winding up of the company.
Members are advised there is no established market in the shares of the West Somerset Railway PLC and the Directors have no plans for
making such arrangements. Members may independently transfer or sell their holdings at any time subject to the formalities regarding transfer being
fulfilled. The company has no authority to repurchase a member�s share holding.

A number of supporters of the West Somerset Railway have found it more convenient to subscribe for shares in the company by paying a
minimum amount of £10.00 per month (for new shareholders this will be for a minimum of 10 monthly payments) rather than subscribing
larger sums all at once. For some time, therefore, the company has gladly accepted payment in this way. The amounts paid by you are
approved by the board every December and Share Certificates forwarded shortly after. If you would like to subscribe for shares in this way,
