We have never operated underground & are widely accepted & known among aficionados, particularly in the food & wine circles of the world Our meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, except on holidays, in which case we move the schedule & our itinerary to the fourth Thursday of the month. A silent auction is conducted quarterly by Sotheby’s, where our artefacts are sold & the proceeds distributed to various charities worldwide.
