Tickets can be purchased before or at the Creeper Race.
Raffle Tickets:
$3.00 each or 5 for $12.00
Raffle Rules: This Raffle is a “drawing of chance” or “drawing” as defined by Fla. Stat. § 849.0935(1)(a). The
Heart of Florida United Way Inc. (United Way) is an “organization” as defined by Fla. Stat. § 849.0935(1)(b).
Each numbered Raffle ticket stub shall be placed in the Raffle ticket container. United Way shall appoint two
individuals who will be responsible for maintaining control and security of all of the Raffle ticket stubs. Such
individuals shall certify that all Raffle tickets purchased have their stub in the container of stubs where the
winning Raffle ticket will be drawn. One (1) Winner shall be chosen to receive the prize. The prize is $150
Tango Gift Card. United Way and/or the Administrative Services—Facilities Management (sponsoring Division)
are not responsible for any additional fees associated with the use of the prize. The Winner need not be present to
win. Winners will be notified by phone. The Raffle Winner must claim the prize within two (2) weeks of the
Raffle drawing date or a new winner will be selected from the remaining Raffle tickets. No purchase or
contribution is necessary to enter the Raffle drawing. However, the suggested minimum donation is five
dollars ($6) per Raffle ticket. Donations are to be made to United Way. The Raffle drawing is open to all
individuals age 18 or older. The Orange County Comptroller has asked that the value of any prize won by
