Quizmaster: “This is round 2 of Euroquiz 2014, which consists of 10 spoken
language questions. These questions have been devised by SCILT,
Scotland’s National Centre for Languages, and have been recorded by
students at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. They are appropriate to the
level of language studied at P6.
You will hear, in turn, some information in French, German and Spanish which
will contain the answer to each question. The information will be repeated in
each language. After the second time, you will be given a few moments to

English on your sheet. You may make notes at any time, but it is extremely
important that you remain completely silent while you are listening to the
