AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Optional Damage Waiver*: Customer is responsible for the actual cost to repair any equipment damaged during the rental period.
At the customer's option, a damage waiver may be purchased that will provide coverage for damage repair costs up to $2,000 per
rental contract. This does not cover lost or stolen equipment. The cost of the damage waiver is 10% of the equipment rental cost.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of rental equipment and services must be made 72 hours prior to delivery. No refunds will be
made for cancellations less than 72 hours to delivery.
Equipment: For equipment not listed, please contact us for a complete list of inventory.
Installation / Delivery / Pickup: A representative from your company must be present at time of delivery to sign for the equipment.
Repeat deliveries are subject to an additional charge. PRG is not authorized to pickup equipment prior to the show closing. At the
close of the show, a representative from your company must remain with the equipment until it is picked up. In union venues,
delivery / pickup times may vary due to the availability of laborers.
Rental Rates: The advance rate deadline is two weeks prior to the first show day. Rental rates (advance / on-site) are for the
entire length of the show.
Venue Charges (if applicable): Union labor, carpenters, electricians, etc. will be billed directly to the exhibitor. Electrical services
are not included in equipment pricing.
