Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent's survivor who is handling
the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral
establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.

Non-declinable services of staff includes, but is not limited to: Staff to respond to initial request for service;
arrangement conference with family or responsible party; preparation of necessary authorizations, death certificate,
disposition permit and coordination with those providing transportation and cremation services. Also included in this
charge are facility overhead expenses, secretarial, administrative costs, equipment and inventory expenses.
This fee for our basic services services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you
select. (I'his fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or
receiving remains.)
TRANSPORTATION*

NOTE-Neptune Society makes every effort to have cremated remains ready in 8 to 14 working days. Certain
circumstances such as the Doctor, Coroner, Health Department, government holidays and weekends could alter
this time frame; and cremation could take longer to accomplish.
RUSH CREMATION & REFRIGERATION*
(Typically 7-10 Working Days)

As noted above our services typically takes 8 to 14 working days, however, sometimes there is a need to
expedite this time frame. If your request can be accommodated by this service, dedicated resources will work to
reduce this time interval needed to normally complete our process. lYpically, we can complete cremation within
2-3 workin2 days. once we have paperwork completed by le2al next of kin and disposition permit issued by
Health Department.

We carry a fine selection of beautiful, high quality urns to hold cremated remains. It can be placed in a columbarium,
mausoleum, kept at home or buried in the ground. Cardboard temporary container, keepsake urns and flag cases are
also available from $10.00 to $160.00.
