MOLONG
The Molong Caravan Park commenced operations in the 1970's. Situated on the
Mitchell Highway, it has easy access from both directions of the highway.
The park offers both powered (16) and unpowered sites (5) which are situated
on lush green grass. The park has a dump point and the amenities are fresh
and clean.
Many travellers base themselves at the caravan park to explore the
surrounding districts and take advantage of the pay for 2 nights get a 3rd night.
The weekly rates are very competitively priced and a weekly pensioner
discount is available.
Patrons also benefit with a well appointed laundry which is free to, as well as a
covered BBQ area with a camp kitchen which is greatly opportunity to meet
other travelling groups and couples who are travelling.
The Molong Caravan Park also features 3 well-appointed fully self-contained
cabins, that are for hire on a nightly rate or weekly rate.
Operating hours of the park are 8am to 6pm however early or late arrivals are
welcome if given notice.
Many travellers enjoy a walk on the bicycle/pathway track that follows the
Molong creek around to the picturesque recreation ground, some are even
lucky enough to see a platypus.
The park is within walking distance to the main street of Molong which
includes a supermarket, pubs, clubs, local craft shop, restaurants and giftware
shops.

added touches of flowers, plants, tissues and fragrant

There is for your convenience a undercover BBQ area
complete with a generous size BBQ setting, double
sink for washing up and good night lighting.
