INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp. (12g)
MAJESTIC COCOA POWDER
8 fl. oz. (237mL)
Steamed Milk (2%)
1–2 shots (20mL)
Freshly Brewed Espresso

INSTRUCTIONS:
Whisk together 3 fl. oz. of cold milk with Majestic
Cocoa Powder. Add remaining 5 fl. oz. of milk to
a pitcher and steam. Pour a freshly brewed shot of
espresso into a cup and top off with Majestic blend.
Enjoy as is or with your choice of sweetener. Sweeten
with agave syrup or vanilla bean infused simple syrup.
Notes:
For a gourmet touch, first bring milk to a boil, infuse
with 2–3 pods crushed cardamom for 10 min., then
follow above recipe.
Recipe works well plain or with warm spices such
cinnamon or nutmeg.
