Booking your wedding with us is an easy process.
Once you have selected the location within our property we will send a contract
with all rules and details clearly outlined.
When the signed contract and the site fee are received by
Big Sur River Inn your space will be confirmed.
Now the only details will be your selection of food, beverage, set up and event flow.

All site fees are dependent upon location, time of day, and date of event.
We offer 4 different site options:
Full Restaurant Buy Out
The full restaurant buy out includes the main dining (inside), upper deck, lower deck and lawn areas.
You and your guests will have exclusive use of all these areas and
signs will be posted, keeping the general public away.
Seated Capacity: 250 people
Lower Deck
Our lower deck is located riverside and enjoys direct sunlight for a large portion of the day.
We include umbrellas and a few outdoor heaters that help maintain a desirable temperature range.
Seated Capacity: 110 people
Upper and Lower Decks
The combination of our upper and lower decks allows for a multiple level party that inspires cocktail hour,
mingling, and dancing as well as a sit down meal.
Seated Capacity: 140 people
Lawn
Our lawn offers a location between our rustic inn and the crystal clear river that our inn is named for.
While this site requires rentals in order to host an event here, the thick, green lawn surrounded by towering trees
and the sound of running water inspires one to let go and enjoy.
Seated Capacity: 160 people
Prices range from $200 to $20,000 depending upon the location, date and time of day.
