Monthly Special (To Be Announced) Exhibitor’s age is determined using age as of January 1, 2014 SEASON HIGH POINTS: 1 horse/1 rider combination. MUST be Member for eligibility. All members are automatically signed up. Must show a minimum of four shows in same class/discipline to accumulate points. Peewee and Pony Gaming Riders forfeit acquired points if they cross age or level divisions midseason. **Special Classes and Green/Horse/Rider and any/all Sweepstake Classes are not eligible for high points. Leadline Division (age 6 & under) - exhibitor to show in leadline showmanship and/or leadline riding classes only. Attendant to lead horse or pony. PeeWee Division (age 10 and under) - exhibitor and horse/pony to show in peewee showmanship, halter, and/or riding/gaming classes. Exhibitor may not show in any other classes. Horse/pony may be shown by another exhibitor in other classes. Pony Division – Rider may not show in PeeWee or Leadline classes. Pony Gaming – Pony/rider combination cannot cross over to the Age Divisions to be eligible for Year End High Point awards. Pony/rider combo may choose to show in appropriate age division instead. Pony Gaming riders are eligible to compete in Open Sweepstakes Classes. ALL CLASSES: A one-minute call will be strictly enforced. The committee may elect to cancel or combine classes with five or less entries. All riding classes with 16 or more entries will be split accordingly, and a runoff will determine the top 6 placing. Proper attire is to be worn in all classes including gaming. Awards given to 6 places except Sweepstakes where monetary award is given to 4 places. Decisions of the Judge are final. SWEEPSTAKES CLASSES: Seven horse minimum for $25 Added payback. Seventy percent (70%) payback schedule for classes of 6 or less. As of 2013 season, all Sweepstakes classes are payback regardless of number of entries, class fees will not be reduced for less than 7 entries. GAMING CLASSES: Will be held in the Gaming Arena at the back of the show grounds. Pee Wee & Leadline gaming will be held during the lunch break, not to start before 11:30am. PLEASE check posted Gaming and attire rules at gaming booth. It will be the exhibitor’s responsibility to know and abide by the rules. Any questions may be addressed to the President. ASTM helmets are strongly recommended for all gaming classes and Required for 13 and Under Gaming Classes. Leadline 6 & under must have attendant to lead horse or pony. Decisions of the referee are final. FOOD: Food concessions are available on the grounds from 8 a.m. until late afternoon. DOGS: MUST be leashed at all times. TACK: Rick’s Tack will be on the grounds for purchases. CAMPING: Overnight camping is permitted on the grounds during shows. Minors (under 18 years old) camping overnight MUST be accompanied by an adult. Reservations are required for Overnight camping sites with water and electricity.
