CASH CROP BONUS Terms and Conditions
In order to encourage Landowners to apply the Harvest
Vision, Landowners may be eligible for a cash bonus in
respect of certain lots within Investa’s master planned
community located in Chisholm, known as Harvest.
Landowners will be eligible for a Landscaping Bonus
to a maximum amount of:
• in the case of Traditional Lots $5,000; or
• in the case of Traditional Corner Lots $7,000
(each, a CASH CROP BONUS).
The CASH CROP BONUS is subject to the
Landowner undertaking the required works in
accordance with the Harvest Vision and terms
and conditions set out in this document.
Completion of the works in accordance with the
standards prescribed by the Harvest Vision will be
the responsibility of the Landowner. The CASH CROP
BONUS is not intended to cover the entire cost of
Landowner’s works, it should be considered as a part
contribution towards the total cost of the works.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the CASH CROP BONUS,
the Landowner must:
• h ave completed all relevant works in accordance with
the Harvest Vision within 18 months of the settlement
of the purchase of their Lot at Harvest; and
• h ave applied for the CASH CROP BONUS within 6 months
of the completion of the design and landscaping works
by completing and submitting the CASH CROP BONUS
Claim Form attached to this document.
After the CASH CROP BONUS Claim Form is submitted,
Investa will schedule for an appropriate representative
to confirm that completed works are in accordance with
the Harvest Vision.
Terms and Conditions
• The CASH CROP BONUS will be offered in respect of
Lots where settlement of the purchase of those Lots is
completed within 14 days after land title registration.
• Investa will only offer one CASH CROP BONUS for
each Lot. Where more than one person is noted as
the purchaser in the Sale Contract, then the CASH
CROP BONUS will be offered jointly to all persons
noted as the purchaser in the Sale Contract.
• Investa may cancel or make changes to the CASH
CROP BONUS promotion at any time without notice.
Such changes may include adding or withdrawing a
Lot or Landowners from being eligible for the CASH
CROP BONUS, or shortening or extending the period
that CASH CROP BONUS promotion is available.

• The CASH CROP BONUS, or any unused portion
of the CASH CROP BONUS, is not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by
law, Investa (including its officers, employees and
agents) and its related entities exclude all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any
cost, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential,
arising in any way out of the CASH CROP BONUS.
• The Landowner may not deduct or set off the value of
the CASH CROP BONUS from the balance of the purchase
price payable on settlement in respect of the Lot under the
Sale Contract.
• These terms and conditions supersede any prior terms
and conditions for the CASH CROP BONUS.
• Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of
receiving the CASH CROP BONUS are the sole responsibility
of the Landowner. The CASH CROP BONUS amount
includes GST.
• The CASH CROP BONUS is personal to the Landowner,
and is not transferable or assignable to any other person.
• Only one CASH CROP BONUS will apply to each lot,
irrespective of whether a dual occupancy is approved
by Maitland City Council.
• Elements of the Harvest Vision involve subjective
assessment. Investa’s decision in relation to the Landowner’s
compliance with the Harvest Vision is final and binding
and no further correspondence will be entered into.
• Non-compliance with any individual element of the
Harvest Vision means that the CASH CROP BONUS
is not payable. No part payment will be paid for
part compliance and the Landowner will cease
to be eligible for the CASH CROP BONUS.
• The CASH CROP BONUS offer excludes Ranch Lots.

he meanings of the terms used in this document
are set out below:

arvest Vision means the design principles set on
in this document/attached to this document.
– I nvesta means Investa Residential Estates Pty Ltd.
–L
andowner means the purchaser under a completed
Sale Contract in respect of a Lot at Harvest.
–L
ot means Traditional Lots and Traditional Corner Lots
(as the case may be).
–S
ale Contract means the contract for sale of a Lot.
–T
raditional Lots specifically refers to lots 202,
203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208 and 209 in the
Vintage Hill Release.
–T
raditional Corner Lots specifically refers to lot 201
in the Vintage Hill Release.
