COMMUNICATION BOOK - Please use the
Communication diary to leave messages for
Julie, and to let staff know if your child is
going to be absent for an appointment or
holiday etc; or if a different person is going to
be collecting your child at the end of the
session. There are often a lot of messages
each day & the Communication book helps to
ensure that nothing is forgotten.
require a parent or carer to stay for the
session and then depart so that pre-school
can continue as normal.
For on-going information we have a
Noticeboard in the main hall. Copies of the
newsletter will be posted there together
with a copy of the weekly plan, messages and
suggestions of things to try at home. Please
try to check the noticeboard regularly. We
also have a Suggestions Box for all parents
to use.
It is situated in the lobby.
All
suggestions are welcome and will be raised at
the Pre-School Committee Meetings, which
are held each month. Book bag notes will
also be issued as reminders to some
upcoming activities.
PRE-SCHOOL COMMITTEE
Beckington Pre-School is a charity and as
such is run by a committee of volunteers, we
rely on you as parents to help us in both
organising and supporting the events that
help raise funds for the pre-school. Without
these volunteers and the money that we raise
pre-school would not be able to operate. If
you would like to join the committee and be
more involved with the running of the preschool please speak to Julie or Nicole.
