Flexibility from prototype to mass production
A high degree of difficulty in mounting technology to bring out
the perfomance of the industry-leading machine to the
fullest.
It has achieved the corresponding capability that does not depend
on order lot from middle to the small lot, mass and the small lot
production, by operating 15 leading SMT lines in the country. 24
hours and the weekend line operation also take advantage,
prototyping and lot dividion, along with the corresponding to the
preceding delivery, etc., ensuring a considerable amount will
respond flexibly to be asked in the event of an emergency.
SSEI has always introduced the industry's top machine ahead of
other companies in the field of SMT. Evaluated the mounting
technology to draw the machine performance to the fullest, we
have received a new mounting experiment request from major
semiconductor manufactures. At that time, subject to the provision
of minimum chip 03015 was the industry's smallest, was successful
in its mounting. We're currently working on 0201 chip and wafer
mounting and flip-chip mounting.

In the field of communication equipment,
there is many cases to adopt the latest
electronic devices in order to improve the
communication speed and call quality.
We build up technology development and

industry in mounting technology.
In the automotive field a slight quality
trouble is causing a serious situation,

Thorough daily inspections, as well as
construction of a preventive maintenance system by periodic maintenance,
confirmation of process capability using
the X-R control charts, we conduct a
verification of to-step process by the
feedback from the various inspection
processes.
Also we have built a thorough traceability management system, which
classified into which electronic component links with which manufacturing lot.
In the industrial equipment that requires a stable

electronic devices around the power, the installation
environment to design margin that takes into
account. The design concept of hard, firmware needs
