**Ready-to-Eat food are non-packaged products that require Health Department License to sell at the show. Additionally, while
there is a little space behind your tent for extra supplies, a 10x20 tent constitutes two (2) spaces, whether it is set up side-by-side or
front-to-back. Please pay accordingly. No particular booth location is guaranteed.

Parking is within one block of the show. Porta-potties are located behind the courthouse.
All entries must include three (3) photos of your art/craft/vendor items and a self-addressed stamped envelope which
will be returned with your confirmation of entry after May 1. We reserve the right to reject any application, and we
will only contact you if your application is rejected. If you do not include a self-addressed stamped envelope, you will
not receive a confirmation in the mail.

*A $100 charge will be assessed for any non-sufficient funds (NSF) check.
HASTINGS SUMMERFEST WAIVER & WARNING:
I will not enter and participate in exhibiting and selling crafts unless I am medically able. I agree by any
decision of the Summerfest Committee in my participation. I agree to assume all risks associated with
participating in this show and sale, including but not limited to falls, the effects of the weather and other loss
cost or damage.
I also agree to make my own products and not buy/sell products in my booth for sale. If I/we violate the
agreement regarding buy/sell items, we may be removed from the show and not invited back, forfeiting all
money paid.
Having read this waiver and on consideration of your accepting my entry fee, I agree to waive, release, hold
harmless the Summerfest Committee, the City of Hastings, Barry County Chamber of Commerce, any other
sponsors and all other workers and volunteers and all agents, employees from any and all claims, liabilities,
demands, damage, loss cost and expense, of any arising out of my participation in this event.
By signing this Waiver, I am acknowledging my understanding of the rules and will abide by it.
